Less fragile vehicle headlights/windows

I'd really like it if my nigh-indestructible car had headlights and windows that could survive a slight bump. Wouldn't you?

SR3 lights are surprising in their effectiveness and practicality (the Kobra's tactical light is a godsend), but having to stop into a garage every five minutes at night to repair my lights gets old quick. Similarly, I'd really like my ultra-tough vehicles to have stronger windows. They needn't be bulletproof or unbreakable or anything, just more resistant to collision/landing damage.

It would probably make sense to scale this according to the level of reinforcement, if that's doable. Anyone care to do this? Or give me a hint as to how I could do it?

I looked through most of the vehicle files and I found nothing which talks about individual hitpoints for windows or headlights. I'm sure there's individual hitpoints for certain parts of the vehicle (ie. tyres, bumpers), but like I said, I can't find anything. I'll check again if I have time, but I doubt I'll find anything. The next best option would be to use the indestructible player vehicle cheat (I think it's "vroom", not sure thou), as that makes the headlights & windows unbreakable.

I looked around in tweak_table.xbtl and I found this entry:

<Tweak_Table_Entry>
<Name>Vehicle_small_arms_resistance</Name>
<Value>0.5</Value>
<Description>Fraction of damage reduced when the player's vehicle takes small-arms (pistol, SMG) fire. At 0.0 vehicles take full damage. At 0.5, vehicle take half-damage. At 1.0, vehicles are mobile, invulnerable fortresses of doom that operate with impunity, so long as the enemy doesn't have AKs, shotguns, grenades or RPGs. ...that, or the "Saint's" really are blessed by "God", where what I mean by "God" is "anyone higher on the corporate ladder than I am". What you expect from programmer humor?
</Description>

</Tweak_Table_Entry>

I haven't tried it yet, but try changing that value to '1.0' and see if it could make a difference. That's all that I got.
