Make a mod where you can play missions and strongholds without having to gain respect

Basically I would like there to be a mod I can download for SR1 (2006) that I play on xenia emulator that allows me to play whatever missions and strongholds I like without having to gain respect by doing activities or killing rival gang members.
 
update: does a mod like this exist yet that anyone knows of I would really like to get this mod i am playing sr1 on xbox 360 emulator on pc
