Installation Guide
1. Download rain.xtbl, weather.xtbl and rain.vpp_pc
2. Put rain.xtbl, weather.xtbl to the main folder of the game (same location as the game .exe file)
3. Put rain.vpp_pc to your mods folder (inside game folder)

NOTE
If you're using Make it snow! mod overwrite rain.xtbl and weather.xtbl files and remove snowflakes.vpp_pc from mods folder

Works fine now but I've had to resize the rain texture to 1024x1024 to get it viewable

The ground splashes are looking really cool.Nice work Admixon!

Understood. I wanted to pull that off on SRTT, downloaded the rain & weather .xtbl's and it worked.. for now.
It will probably crash or something any time soon, many lines of code there that you won't find on SRTT, I 'ill use it as reference if I try to make this mod for TT
