Microsoft's Phil Spencer on emulating Xbox 360 games on Windows 10

That'd be nice. I have a few games that are still 360 exclusive (like Crackdown) that I'd like to replay without pulling my 360 back out.

Yep only Xbox 360 and Xbox One games will soon work on Windows 10. The reason why LittleBigPlanet Karting isn't available on PC or Xbox is that the series is published by Sony Interactive Entertainment which is also owned by Sony Corporation. What you aspect from competitors?
