I ran out of ideas.

Here's how to reproduce it
  1. Extract interface.vpp_pc
  2. Extract pause_ctrl_scheme.str2_pc
  3. Repack pause_ctrl_scheme.str2_pc
  4. Put it into SRIV's root
  5. Options>Controls>Gamepad Options>Control Schemes
  6. It's broken :(
ASM was updated and SRIV version was selected when packing it.

Revision 94 (2016/03/17):
  • Add support for Saints Row: The Third ASM files.
  • Updates & bugfixes to ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.dll
  • Add ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.EditPackfile - allowing for easy substitutions of files into a packfile.

Thank you so much, Minimaul! Saints Row 3 is my favorite game to mod (it's got BOATS!), and it seems like Saints Row IV is getting all the love, but this will make combining mods so much easier. I'm so happy! :)

I just tried your new edit pack file tool and now it works. I managed to replace the lua file sucessfully this time. Thanks!
 
Hi guys.
Trying use extracting string tool (rev-12) on Xbox-360 version. But it doesn't work.
So, I try understand why, and thought that PC files (.le_strings) is not compressed; Xbox-360 files (.be_strings) is compressed.
I analyse .be_strings file in Hex, but I think I'm stupid for this. Or, another thought, that Xbox-360 version uses table from .xbtl files for navigation in other files, like .be_strings.

Can anyone help me? I trying translate Xbox-360 version.

P.S. Just in case I attach one .be_strings file.
