if i do mods i make them for myself i dont post it anywhere thats what i do with gta but im not that good at modding saints row iv, can u do it for me ???

I'm not spending that much time and effort to combine mods for one person i don't know who is capable of doing it themselves. If WinMerge doesn't work for you, try KDiff, or DiffMerge, or any number of other comparison programs.
