Mod help what if there is 2 same mods name

Please help me with this , what do i do when i have 2 mods that have the same name , exemple

New Homies has one file called homies.xtbl i installed and everything was working fine
secound mod was from IdolNinja to keep homies otfits to oldschool outfits and not superpowered outfits and there also is a file called homies.xtbl

because i had two same files when i dragged the secound mod in my saints row iv folder it renammed it to homies(1).xtbl and mod didn't work , what should i do

You have to merge the two files together with an editor such as notepad++.
You can compare both files with a program called winmerge.
