WORKSHOP Modding patch hype!

I don't think you guys understand.
imagine a dubstep gun that plays "i know a song that gets on everybody's nerves".
imagine the potential insanity of that song now with a license to kill.
....shit got real, son.
(any song will do, but i chose that one specifically because lets be honest, that song would probably kill if listened to long enough.)
 
Are there plans for more in-depth editing for NPC's? Just curious
 
It's been so long since I've kept up with this, so I've forgotten or just plain missed a ton of things concerning what is or isn't confirmed, but all I want to know is:

NPC Morphing, is it in?
The console, is it in?

I'd log a ton of playtime from NPC morphs alone.

Hype anyway though!

NPC morphing is on its way to become an actually working thing, yes.
 
It would also be a problem to upload custom radio stations here since it's basically uploading copyrighted music
