Mods break the game

I install mods in the game, correctly, and it never starts. The game just keeps loading infinitely.
 
You should go on your Steam client properties and Select the "Legacy" build (it's basically the Workshop version). Majority of the mods here are't ported at all and can't be really used for current Re-Elected version.
