Mods installed correctly but wont load ingame

So Ive tried just about everything to get these mods loaded, but it shows no sign of any mods activated. Power glows are still on, and the simulation glitches still show. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if there was an update that broke the mods. Any idea's?

I only screencapped a quarter of the folder, if you wanna look at a 1920x1200 screen image be my guest.

Regardless, the car mods aren't loading either.

Perhaps there is a registry edit I can do to tell SR4 to look in that folder for mods, I have no idea why it's not loading them.

I just tried making a program files (64 not 86) folder for saints row 4, just for shits and giggles, still didn't work. So its not looking for them there either.

Just searched the entire registry for Saints Row folder directorys, nothing is out of place.

I'm out of idea's. I even tried running that Stream tool that someone mentioned in another post, just comes up as "everything is properly installed" or "there was no changes needed to be made", so that didn't work either.

  • Remove super powers blue effect
  • Remove glitchy simulation effect
  • expanded arsenal mod
  • and the vehicle mods (i forget what theyre called)
  • The Dark rain mod
I tried installing it on my friends SR4 and I get the same effect of mods not loading.
