I'm pretty sure you guys have noticed, but the streets of both Stilwater AND Steelport are particularly......empty. Now, this kind of makes sense. I mean, who would want to walk around in a city where gangs kill each other constantly? But it doesn't make the city atmospheric. My suggestion is to maybe double the amount of pedestrians, and maybe a 10% increase in cars? I don't know whatever runs the best on all kinds of computers is fine with me.
