More Saints On Streets

Hi is There a mod or a way to make Saints Spawn a lot More on Streets & Enemy gangs to spawn more as well please.


I tried looking for the file that you can edit to change the saints to spawn more & enemies spawn more but i cant find it.

help would be appreciated

I'm making a mod to spawn saints on vehicle i have make them spawn more too i can give u files but im not sure it gona work but u can try.
I have to change some things but its not a big probleme.
