My Saints Row runs in slow motion, even with 60fps, what's the deal?

Like the title says, even with the 60fps mod, my game seems to have trouble loading more than 2 feet ahead of Playa's position.
What's all that about, and is there a way to fix it?

Actually it's the same with or without the 60fps. Also what plugin? I din't get one of those with the 60fps mod.

idk about the other issues you're experiencing, but for that, you need to be using the PhantasyRow.xex for the mod to work

Also, to unlock all the homies, you need to start a new savefile and play through the first two missions, you should get all 7 of them after bringing Troy to the Freckle Bitch's
