Just so I'm not derailing the Win10 issue, I am not using 10.

Either way thanks for the mod. I hate have a single straggling achievement. Especially when it's due to a bug or an outdated feature.

Works fine for me in SRIV, but on SRTT the Upload function always times out. Downloading my SRIV character works, but uploading my character and screenshots gives me a time out. Everything works just fine in IV though. To specify, I'm using the GOG version of TT, with the enable mod installed.

Try uploading one to the emulator

Make a character in the game, in Image As Designed for example, and click on character gallery, then upload
