Need a basic vehicle_cameras.xtbl file

I want to edit my cars camera so they can be further away. I looked all over the site for a mod but all everyone talk about on here is the First Person Camera View and I'm not looking for that. ThomasJepp.SaintsRow-rev22 doesn't seem to work on Saints 3 but it worked on my Saints 4 though.

For SR3, you use the similar tools from Gibbed, in the SR3 tools releases forum.
