Like I said, we don't have mesh tools. Requests like that are simply impossible.

NOTHING can be added to the game that isn't ALREADY useable by the player or in the world, no clothing, cars, guns. NPC clothing CANNOT be converted for use on player. The physical tools(programs) needed to do such things are NOT available. Some texture mods have been done but they are timely and if I'm correct the program that was used for that no longer works either.

Did you bother to read the post above yours? NPC clothing cannot be worn by the player. Period.

If by "work for females" you mean "are female characters able to wear the armor", then yes. As for replacing existing files, no. Just stick them in the root of your install folder. Don't replace anything in the 'packfiles' folder.
