Very quick question, how do you add homies to the phone menu?

Please do not capitalize the first letter of every word. One of the rules asks that you not use arbitrarily unusual formatting.

He is marked as DLC and therefore I'm not allowed to add him.

I was wondering are they still marked as a Maybe DLC or marked as DLC as in they are going to be DLC cause i got confused

MaybeDLC is the same.

If they have a dlc tag, it's not allowed period until all dlc is out.
