No death fee is a mod that makes your cache having saved after death, meaning you don't have a $500 fee after dying. This mod is a tweak_table modification that has the death_cost value changed to zero.
INSTALLATION
As usual, modified files of the Saints Row games from TT to GOOH go to it's root folder, so the mod goes here (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row IV).
