Thanks Arglaar, that done it! I'm new at modding and this was a great problem solving opportunity that I wont soon forget.

Delete the modified Unlockables.xtbl and it comes back.
If you're using another mod, just re-install that mod from it's original files.

Yes, if you delete the unlockables.xtbl file, or add the deleted text/entry back in to it. You will (probably) be required to spend more clusters to unlock it again though.

Thanks, this is just the mod I was looking for. I noticed a bit of a performance hit in my game after buying the tornado upgrade. I think sprinting through the world AND having the game apply all that extra physics for the tornado effect was a bit much for my CPU to handle. Used this mod and it seems my performance is back to what it was before the upgrade.
