No or Not always Busy

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but not to the game :p well I have beaten the game and tried to call my homies and most of them are Always Busy. The only one that works for me is Zombie Gat, Zimos and Kinzie :/ the rest failed, lol. I googled for fixes and I found nothing :/ . So Is there a mod that changes this or maybe ANOTHER working solutions?

Tried that, still failed :/ I even played BOTH of the "Three Way" endings mission. First, I chose to save Shaundi and I beat the game. You can play the mission again, so I play again and chose on eliminate Killbane. Only Pierce, Zombie Gat and Oleg can be called. The rest are busy. Then, I used the Save Editor C. I opened the program, load a save file ( which I'm using ), and save without changing anything. Did I do something wrong?

Used the "No Homie Restritictions" and I missed the "STAG film" if you chose to eliminate Killbane. Don't know how it got fixed, but it's always good :p. Anyway, this problem is solved.
