Is there a mod that disables time limits in various activities(trail blazing)?

No, I believe, but you can try to make it on your own. You will need to edit XTBL files from misc_tables.vpp_pc (available here). For example, look for "_a_tb_now_01.xtbl" (which - I suppose - stands for activity, trailblazing, north-west and order number), open it with the Notepad and look for tags containing "time" (for example: <Race_Time>25</Race_Time>). Change the value to something more respectable, save it and copy to steam\SteamApps\common\saints row the third. Then run the game and see if it works.

^^ If you do that then it will never work,you have to unpack sr3_city_0.vpp_pc and then search for _a_tb_nw_[number]_modal.str2_pc or _a_tb_sw[number]_modal.str2_pc and then you have to unpack the str2_pc files,after editing what you want ,you have to update their corresponding ASM file which is stream_grid.asm_pc.

Where to put it? The main directory of SR3?

Unzip it and put the files into the directory of SR3.(Where the .exe is at).

I tried right now, instead of unlimited time now gave you zero time and the activity fails immediately.

Sorry I looked into this and I put negative numbers instead of positive lol,this should fix it.
