No Voice Previews in Image as Designed Personality Menus (Voice, Compliment, Taunt)

I apologize for waking up this thread, but this same bug appears in xbox version of the game. Not to mention, if played for longer, the character becomes mute upon collecting clusters, and when Kinzie's chat window pops up, I can't hear her, and there are no subs visible, so I have to restart the mission to figure out what she said.
For instance, when saving Matt, her chat thingy appeared few times and I couldn't hear what she said.
I don't know how to fix it, other than rebooting the console and game altogether.
