This was already previously mentioned in the thread. You can merge multiple mods into one customize_player_asm following these instructions:

Put everything from this mod in your game's main folder, except customize_player.asm_pc.
Then run ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.Stream2Update.exe from Minimaul's Saints Row IV Tools.

Renaming the the asm will not work.

All hair = Image As Designed.

I think that one is one of the 3 or 4 or 5 that starts with the word "VINTAGE".

That's a style which can only be added in with mods, yeah?

Big bow is apparently missing from the Vanilla game, it's gotta be added in from the IS files.

Thanks Paper Bear, but I just went through all the shops + Plastic surgeon with that mod and did not find it.
