I think it's possible to do without special tools.
Btw, if you want to go back to visit again that creib use Sandbox+

What I meant is that maybe with the zone tools or some future tools it could be possible to replace the Boss Goes Washintgon Crib with the ruined one in Steelport.

Yes what if we could use Sandbox+ to reload the main world as the Enter the Dominatrix version? and also use it to override the zin cops and soldiers and shit with zombies?
