Own music on the radio?

After the mixtape there's a disk icon -- is that to play your own music? I remember it was possible to add custom soundtracks to another saints row or GTA forgot which exactly. Is that what it's for? How do I add it, I can't find any proper folder for it

There is no such feature in this game.

Just do what I do. Alt+Tab out, and run foobar2k or music player of your choice in the background. I wouldn't typically do this for any other openworld game but since IV has the radio always on, it works to the same effect.

I go one better, I just have my other computer playing music over the surround system/

Or you could just use the Steam browser...

Using the browser, to play music, from what? Rdio? Youtube? That might work, if Flash functions in it. I haven't used it in so long. I'd rather have the use of global hotkeys in foobar, for music.

Yuh. Well I don't really use YouTube anymore, since they constantly remove songs from my playlist, but radio works.
