Thanks for the links, I got the cruncher and helper tools, put CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04, CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04_cust, CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04_cs and CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04_cs_cust in the same folder as Helper and Cruncher tools, tried dragging each of the 4 xtbl files into the helper, even all 4 one time, every time it says the same thing, and theres nothing in D:mods

And using the Cruncher directly very briefly opens a batch window and does nothing
No success in trying with original un edited files either

Did they come out like this in the image?

I first put CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04 and CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04_cust in the folder, dragged CAR_2DR_MUSCLE04 on helper and it said could not parse, after a few tried I put every single Phoenix car file and tried dragging each, same result
This is how it looks like

I just tried the same original file as the picture, still same result.
And Im "pretty" sure I have Microsoft Visual C++ runtime and completely sure about .Net Framework

There are other tool to use at anyone's disposal, for SR2, SRTT, and SRIV.

Yeah I don't check sr3 4 or GOOH threads/forums sections, as I have none of those games on pc.
