This is a redo and the opposite of IdolNinja's Forced No Notoriety mod.
In this mod, if you do anything wrong to get attention from the police, or gangs, you're hit with an instant 5 shields of notoriety.
This can be useful for survival purposes if you like to see how long you can last with full notoriety, or if you just feel like killing!
Just to clarify, you will not gain instant notoriety from both gangs and police at the same time. If you want to fight the police, do something to upset them, same with the gangs.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Just put the notoritey.xtbl file into the game's main directory where the exe is located and launch the game, that's it!
