Police Lights On After Exit Car?

Hi,

I was wondering is it possible to create a mod where, when you exit "Police Car" the lights will be left on? NPC Police Cars can do that, would it be possible to add that code in player vehicles or something?

Edit: Also turning off siren sound but lights kept on.

If you can make this for me or whomever wants it, it be great. Thanks!

Have you tried double tapping the exit vehicle button? (Y on a controller or E on kbam.) This method worked on SRTT where it leaves the car running with the radio/siren on.
