I'm going to translate all strings from dlc3 and dlc4 archives to Polish because it seems like Cenega has Saints Row IV in ass and doesn't support localisation anymore. Stay tuned.
EDIT: Download this Cenega's patch, it works fine with the original game.

I especially like it how Steam store still false advertises those small DLCs (and Save Christmas DLC!) as translated to Polish.

I expect that the publisher is responsible for entering the languages their product is available in.
