Port BloodSucker and Unlockables packs...

Allow me to explain, as most of you know these 2 dlcs never made it to the remaster due to "complaints" but i'm not here to start a an argument. Also the devs stated they have no intention for any content going further...mods aside. Anyway i saw how someone found that the vampire skill was in SRIV and got it working so for those that ALREADY OWN BOTH DLC'S!!!

Is it possible? and allowed?

It's a slippery slope, we don't know if the files for those DLCs are still in the remaster, and enabling the DLC for the remaster could lead to the mod enabling it for people in the original who don't own it, which would be a problem. We have to wait and see how the files are in the remaster.

I can almost definitely say that if the files are in the remaster but not in the original without the dlc installed and it's possible to enable it without upload the dlc files then it will be doable. However, if we need to port the dlc files from the original, or if the original has the files in it without the dlc, just disabled... Then it won't be allowed to be uploaded. You have a good 50/50 chance but I'm leaning more on the doubtful side.

I will give it the benefit of the doubt and I'll attempt to test this out later tonight. In theory if the files are already included all I need to do is edit an xtbl. If editing the xtbl does not work then it could lead to concerns of piracy.

Basically if it can be enabled in the remaster and you can't enable it in the original by moving the remaster mod files, then it's fine because no purchase is circumvented.

That's going to be the attempt I make... I'm just not sure if the original includes it in pre_anim.vpp_pc without the dlc installed. If it does I'm not even gonna bother testing it cause then it would be very easy to enable the mod on the original.

If someone without the dlc wants to verify if pre_anim has certain files that would be a great help

If you have the game on Steam you can disable DLCs and then test the mod.
Wasn't aware that disabling the dlc was an option! Thanks for the tip. Will gladly test in a couple hours when I get home

Now that i've tested the xtbl patch on the remaster I can tell you for a fact... there is no way in hell a patch will be released for this. at the most a guide will be released to add it back for those who own both the remaster and original but this requires copying dlc files from the original into the remaster. this wont ever be uploaded here because someone could easily use the files uploaded for the remaster to pirate a $2 dlc on the original

That's a shame, it would have been nice to at least get the neckbite animation for human shields.
