I wanted to preorder, but then my damn phone broke, which took up the money I put aside of bills and whatnot for SRIV.
Have to wait another week and a half to get it.

Got you beat, I actually have the game and my PSU just up and died in the middle of playing it. Then I also broke the tab on the SATA drive that holds the Steam folder.
Welp, I'm in Australia and it unlocked for preload for me. NFI what that means for a release, but progress!
That sucks. ; - ; Going to be buying it in a couple weeks though, so will hopefully be able to play it then.
