So,I got a PS4 controller for PC and for some funny reason,the controls for the sticks are reversed, I go left, it goes right etc. So I know the game isn't optimized for the PS4 controller but I still want to play with the controller. Do any of you know programs or any remedies for this problem?

I'm almost certain that you can adjust what controls do what. I may be wrong because that may only be for the keyboard... Anywho, try it yourself.
It may also fix over time, my Xbox ONE controller kept making my character walk around in circles and I had no control, after three times of loading the game it took the controller.

its a problem caused by the controller, not the game. this problem was in sr2 (not sure abou srtt)
in SR2 you can completley remap the controls, you cant do this on sr4 sadly. maybe if you go to control panel you could try and edit it there.
