to your main directory: Local disk c:/program files x86/steam/steam apps/common/saints row the third. Make sure you have "Gameqube's ASM Updater" already placed there so that the files can be updated (go to SR3 Tool Releases to find it).
I was using Fan Of Saints "TTDIS-Family Friendly Version" when I made it, so I was using Firespite's Color Mod, which came with it. I found the color "Steelblue1" works best for the skull. If you are not using color mods, the skull will come out a very bright light tan, but that was the best I could get without a mod tool. Thank's to all mentioned above for the great mod tools and to MVLNRT for his great Punisher mod and the inspiration. Enjoy
