Question about Bloodsucker DLC

Yes. Permanently.

And before you ask... No, there is no current way to mod that back.
 
except, take a close look at the pic on Minimaul's post in the 'progress on Minimaul's Save Editor' topic. There's something in that pic that says 'Bloodsucker Pack'.
 
That's an early alpha that auto pulled values from the unlockables. One of the things holding the save editor back from release is that there will be no DLC options at all made available.
 
Chances are, the save editor in its final form won't have any DLC options.
Unless Minimaul makes it so that the editor would load DLC options if the person owns the packs.

Actually, as far as I've found it doesn't matter either way - the game does a half decent job of blocking access to DLC content if you don't legitimately own it
