Question Mark in the sky?

Hey, So I've already beat the game, and am 99% complete. I was playing today and using the abduction gun when I looked up to the sky and saw a question mark. Does anyone know what it is for? I'm on the street right next to the Brickston Gateway, just look up. I'm using the Classic TOD setting.

It was some glitch that happened, I've seen a few others on these forums mention getting to level 52. Not sure how it happened, but I'll take it

i think that´s just your imagination, our imagination, as humans we tend to see faces on simple "faceless" objects, so we can see a abstract form and think its a "?" symbol hanging out in the sky with his friends.....

totally skeptical, well i believe in the mark i juts dont believe its a mark

Considering how much it contrast with the rest of the sky and how it wouldn't be a regular or plausible shape for a naturally occurring cloud I'd say it's deliberate.
I'm sure the author didn't even really know what he was thinking when he drew it, he just wants people to wonder about it.

Map designer's to-do log. "Finish the traffic path nodes, fix building side to allow super-speeding up, note from lead: add something in the sky". "Something? Like what? I have no clue.. leave a placeholder for now. Have to change it to a spaceship or something later."

I dunno. Sounds as good as anything, like how the ? model is a sort of placeholder too, so this was a placeholder they put in until they figured what to put in but never did.

Of course, it could also just be complete coincidence of they drawing clouds and layering that causes a wispy curvy cloud plus blob of other cloud to make a question mark.
