Random crashes problem

So, I decided to replay SRIV again with a friend on CO-OP. But now I'm having random crashes when we are in middle of a mission and/or activity.

I didn't had this problem during my solo play-through back then until now.

Anyone here knows what might cause these random crashes or how to fix them?

I think if you are not using the same mods, that might cause it. If i remember right, co-op also requires more video memory.
