You should unpack these files to the folder where SR3 .exes are.
As for Aegean and Scythe, you must own Gangstas in Space DLC.
Do you own Steam version of SR3?

Yes, grab the preload_anim.vpp_pc that's part of Sandbox+. You just need that file to replace the vanilla one in /cache if you don't want to use the rest of the mod itself:

I have Sandbox + and I put the entire thing (preload file included) in the custom mods of GOS and they're in the compiled patch files, but it still doesn't work. does it need to be separate from GOS?

What doesn't work? The pony cart animations or Sandbox+ ? For Sandbox+ you need to reset your key-binds first.

When I Integrate Sandbox+ into GOS, Everything works perfect, except for the pony cart animations.
