I extracted the whole file to Steam/steamapps/common/saints row the third

Anyway, that sounds like something similar to what I see with a different game I'm not comfortable enough to name here. Does it give you the option to continue?

Yup, you can't add cars with NPCs inside to the garage...

Yes and it's named MS01

I'm not clear if everyone interested figured it out yet but you can give yourself the SWAT Stilwater Eagle variant by simply editing the cheats.xtbl. Change "ultimate" to "MS01" and check out what is now added to your Heliport with "giveeagle"

EDIT: look what I found in the file heli_fighter_03 (the Eagle)!:

<Slot>Decal 2</Slot>
<Component>SWAT Stilwater</Component>

This means the Stilwater variant exists!

Thanks for this mod , the hardest part would be extracting it but i already had winRAR so it was easy.
