Rastaman289 & Fan of Saints' Expanded Arsenal Mod - 666 Edition

Sorry, I´m new here and would like just wanna know:

"DO NOT ask for help if you use ... or any non-Steam version"

Revealing the usage of a cracked game will get a person banned basically...and the username will end up on Fan of Saint's naughty list. Plus the mod will not work, hence one would have difficulties. GOG version is okay I think.
 
Just one Question: The Expanded Clothes, Tattoos etc. don´t work if you play as Jonny/Kinzie - right?
 
Can someone please help me out?
For whatever reason when I try and summon homies to spawn they just dont come
what did I do wrong?
also the stores dont work either
