Rattler, Stilleto, Lightning in Steelport traffic + 3 cop cars in use

That simple mod add Rattler, Stilleto, Lightning in city traffic.
Also Now Police Use 3 cars: Ferdelance(used in original game), Peacemaker, Gunslinger.
