Is it possible to get a non-chrome customizable Rattler? I really like the car, but I just hate the chrome paint.

There is a way but its pretty elaborate and I have no idea if it works outside of the XB360 version.
Call the chrome Rattler to you and then recruit 3 homies and you should eventually see a clone of your car which you can store. It will still be chrome but you should be able to customize it and if you can't then just use the old customization glitch from SRtT.

You realize this is a modding forum that's dedicated to the PC version of the game and not consoles, right?
The problem is the playthrough I want to get the Rattler on is a co-op playthrough, so i don't think the mod would work. Which is why I was wondering if there was a way i could get it legit.
Yes of course. Just because I don't have the PC version doesn't mean I don't like to see what people can do with the game. I find seeing what mods people come up with to be interesting.

The additional cheats mod doesn't flag saves and also works fine in coop.
Do we both need it for it to work?
