Rattler?

actually, I tried to customize the rattler with the customization mods, and if I remember correctly, it doesn't have any color options.

Must be something to do with the mods. I have a custom red Rattler on my Xbox version of the game.

Or if you're on a console you can simply use the car customization glitch to make a regular rattler out of the chrome version. ^^ Works for the Chrome Lockdown as well.
