Nova SPE is the most likely culprit, it borrows a little from the mod however. But it's got a few scripting replacements that inherently clash with the overall project. Reimagined, I never even heard of as the only two texture packs I can confirm are compatible are aforementioned on my links.

what is the purpose of that alex car? Can I use it for swat guys?
The Alex-S is the civilian variant of the five-o/cruiser and taxi, much like how the Estrada is the police variant of the Melbourne.
Mechanically: entering one will still act like a cop-car and taxi, therefore it's treated more like a cosmetic variety for the civilians you drive by including unmarked variants of the police car that can trick you when you're not paying attention to the radar.
Can you change Alex-s police car to pure black, just like there are two variants of SRTT police car, one is normal and the other is black without logo? It's always strange for the police to drive colorful police cars.
this is what I was thinking. in SR1 there is black variant of this car but unfortunately it was cut in SR2. I use it there for swat guys.
