This one is tweaked by me, I don't really remember the base mod because I used it for SRIV, The third and Gat out of Hell and I was messing around with the values in it like years ago. Probably the SR4 slider mod which you should find in the adult section.

tweak_table.xtbl doesnt work. It seems, in remaster works player_creation.xtbl
 
I'm having a heck of a time figuring out the new lighting/rendering model with 3R; it *looks* like the shaderballs are kind of deprecated in favor of just having everything use "Metalness" and "Roughness" values instead; at least, those two values seem to swamp almost the entirety of the effects that the old shaderball models created.
