Remove Julius from final cutscene

Unpack "cs_final_cutscene_2.vpp_xbox2" and replace "final_cutscene_2.lua" inside and then repack and now the mod is installed.

It's like he didn't betray you at all!

I'm not sure if a Love or KEKW react is more appropriate for this but I'm going with the safer option lol.
