Excellent! I'm eagerly waiting for a mod for this. One of my favorite features of Saints Row: The Third is the reflections of the brightly lit signs on the wet pavement on a rainy night. That really adds so much to the realistic feel of the game, and it's something that this game engine does better than many others. But while I love them in Saints Row 3, the reflections just seem very inappropriate and gratuitous in Saints Row IV. They always just annoyed me without any rain to actually make the streets wet.
