Fulfilled Removing the FBI Decal from the FBI SUV, like in Saints Row 1

Reposting here because my dumb ass didnt realize I had posted this under the wrong game, So I'll try it again.

I'll be the first to admit, I am not skilled in modding Saints Row games, or games in general, but I'm sure that this should be very easy for someone with modding experience in this game. My request is simple. Removing the 'FBI' Decals from the doors and the hood of the FBI SUV. I love that car. Easily my most favorite car in any video game ever and after finally getting the chance to play through the original Saints Row for the first time, I'd love to have my favorite car in the game be given a sleek, realistic look.
If it can be made compatible with Gentlemen of the Row, that would be great, Since that mod changes the default decal into something more realistic, but I would prefer if the decal was completely removed, Or given a choice to choose between Decal and no decal in rim jobs.
If anyone can manage this, it would be greatly appreciated.

This should allow you to remove the decals for the FBI suv on SR2, just place the .cvtf file in your "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE" for GoTR, build your patch and overwrite the patch files created by GoTR by dropping them in your SR2 main folder.
For the same effect in SR1 I'll need some time but I think I can get it done if I don't procrastinate too much.

I dont want to replicate it in SR1, I just used Saints Row 1's FBI SUV as a reference for the intended outcome, since that one doesnt have any FBI Signage.
