Replacement for the Rectifier

Would it be possible for one of you talented modders to make a replacement for the Rectifier for Australian users.

I was thinking something like a portable Genki Manopult, because it would basically do that same thing.

I would imagine just porting over the Rectifier itself would be possible, depending on whether or not any of its actual code was removed from the Australian version.

I'm kind of confused though; I thought the law just said that they weren't allowed to release the game in Australia without changes. I don't see how a mod would violate that law.
(Come to think of it, isn't this forum hosted in England?)

I think the whole censorship issue with Australia is just all kinds of ridiculous. The ACB need to get their heads out of their rears.

Yeah, I don't get it either. How would it be any different from any other mod that adds content that would be considered to "break" their rating?

Please do not talk about anything but the mod idea, I don't want to circumvent anything I want to replace it completely and I think a portable Genki Manopult is just the ticket.

Is the Rectifier in base game files, as I know its a DLC, but im pretty sure it uses base game resources if so should be pretty easy to do depending on if the Manopult is coded as a weapon as its a Vehicle
