Request: Being able to Fly

I enjoy the game, but it seems like it was missing something. It seems that flying is needed for Saints Row IV, so I'm requesting if there can be a flying mod. If it can't be made via a mod, can Volition release a flying DLC?

That would be awesome.
I think it would be possible to remove losing height while gliding.

Flying would be awesome, maybe even some of the other stuff from games like Crackdown and Prototype.
