Request: Custom Music Dubstep Gun/ Unequip Superpowers

I know someone probably thought of this and I also know that are are copyright issues etc that prevented music mods to be made in previous titles but I was wondering if it's possible now since the developers are now supporting the mod community. I can only imagine how fun it would be to shoot Skrillex songs too or something.


As for superpowers, it's similar to upgrades how once you get them you're stuck withe them (ie Tornado sprint). A mod that can be used to unequip and later re-equip said upgrade or power would be nice. I don't always want to wreck everything just by simply super sprinting past stuff.
 
Tutorials explaining how to use your own custom music is okay. Releasing a mod that uses copyrighted music is not.
 
So it would be nice if someone could make a mod where you can use custom dubstep music for your guns where you would need to use your own music of course. The mod would not come with its own music. I don't know much about modding haha just an idea.
